1. The "Safe Arrival" Guarantee (Crucial for International Trust)

Shipping fragile is scary. We take the risk, not you. We guarantee that your lamp will arrive in perfect condition.

- The Promise: If your order arrives damaged, broken, or with any shipping defects, we will replace it immediately at zero cost to you.

- The Process: Simply email us a photo of the damage within 48 hours of delivery. No return shipping is required for broken glass.

2. 3-Years Craftsmanship Warranty

Designed to last. Supported by us. We warrant to the original owner that our lamps will be free from defects in material and workmanship for three (3) years from the date of delivery.

- What is Covered: Wiring failures, switch malfunctions, socket defects, and structural assembly issues.

- What is Not Covered: Accidental damage (drops), normal wear and tear (patina/aging of brass), or damage caused by using bulbs exceeding the rated wattage.
