Shipping policy
1. From Our Studio to Your Home
Every lamp is handcrafted to order right here in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We don’t just "dispatch orders", we package art. We take 1 - 2 business days to craft and inspect your piece before handing it over to our courier partners. Once it leaves our studio, you’ll receive a tracking email to follow its journey.
2. Domestic Shipping (Malaysia)
We love our local community.
- Cost: Complimentary (Free) for all addresses within Malaysia.
- Service: Shipped via trusted local couriers.
3. International Shipping (Singapore)
We are thrilled to share our mindful designs with our neighbors across the causeway. Currently, Singapore is our only international shipping destination.
- Rates: A transparent, flat shipping fee of RM 50 applies to all Singapore orders.
- Timeframe: Please allow 3–7 business days for delivery once your lamp leaves our studio.
- Service: We use reliable cross-border couriers to ensure your lamp arrives safely and swiftly.
4. Customs & Duties (Singapore)
Because your package crosses the border from Malaysia, Singapore Customs may apply the standard Goods and Services Tax (GST) or import fees upon arrival.
- Responsibility: These local fees are not included in your checkout total and are the responsibility of the recipient.
- Advice: We recommend checking current Singapore customs guidelines for imported goods so there are no surprises.

We pack with export-grade materials to prevent damage. However, if your parcel arrives looking a little rough or seems to have taken a wrong turn, please email us immediately at support@meew.design. We will work directly with the courier to sort it out, we’ve got your back.
