Our products are intended for personal use only. Unauthorized resale, commercial duplication, or reproduction of our designs or physical goods is strictly prohibited. If you wish to explore collaboration or wholesale opportunities, please contact us directly.
Proper handling and usage instructions should be followed for all products. Meew is not responsible for damages resulting from misuse, improper installation, or failure to follow safety guidelines.
Section C - Shipping, Delivery & Customs
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. Once an order is processed and handed over to the courier, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the shipping carrier.
Delivery timelines may vary based on courier availability, customs clearance, and destination-specific conditions. Delays caused by third-party couriers, customs agencies, or unforeseen logistical issues are outside of our control.
International shipments may incur customs duties, VAT/GST, import taxes, or handling fees depending on the destination country. These charges are not included in product or shipping costs and must be paid by the recipient. Meew is not liable for parcels held, delayed, or returned due to unpaid customs fees or import restrictions.
Tracking details will be provided where available. Customers are encouraged to monitor delivery notifications from local couriers once the parcel enters the destination country.

Minor cosmetic imperfections common in handcrafted or 3D-printed products are not considered defects.
