Return & Refund policy

1. Changed Your Mind? (Eligibility)

We want you to absolutely love your Meew light. However, if it isn't the right fit for your space, we accept returns within 14 days of you receiving the order. To qualify for a refund, the item must be:

- Unused and in the same condition you received it.

- In its complete, original packaging.


2. How to Start a Return

- Step 1: Email us at support@meew.design with your order number and a brief reason for the return.

- Step 2: Once we approve the request, we will send you our return address in Malaysia and packing instructions.

- Step 3: Ship the item back to us using a trackable courier service.

- Important: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please keep your tracking number, we cannot refund an item if it gets lost on its way back to us!


3. Refunds & The "Fine Print"

Once your return arrives at our studio, we will inspect it to ensure it is safe and sound. We will then email you to confirm your refund status.

- Timing: Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

- The Amount: As a small studio, we incur transaction and currency conversion fees from banks and payment providers that are non-refundable to us. Therefore, these third-party fees will be deducted from your final refund amount.

- What this means: You will typically receive back approximately 95% of the product value.


4. Late or Invalid Returns

Please ship your return promptly. If the item is not shipped within 14 days of us approving your request, the return authorization will close. We cannot offer refunds for:

- Items returned without prior approval.

- Items that are damaged due to poor packing during the return journey. (Please pack it tight!)
